Job summary

Staples Canada in Leamington is seeking a part-time retail associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies, and maintain store standards. You will handle POS transactions, assist customers with tailored product recommendations, and help keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with health, safety, and privacy policies.

Job Description

Specifically, you will

• Engage with and sell to all our customers by offering tailored products and services using all tools and techniques available in our selling model to anticipate and meet future customer needs.
• Handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including shipping transactions and marketing tools to convert customers.
• Calmly de-escalate and assist in complex customer situations to ensure their concerns are addressed effectively or refer to a manager/supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing tasks like dusting, front-facing products, and ensuring demo units are clean and functional.
