QE Home is searching for a Sales Associate to join its team in Victoria, offering excellent customer service and a passion for home décor. In this role, you'll help guests find the perfect pieces for their homes, maintain visual standards, and assist with store operations.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Providingexceptional, personalized service to everyguestwho walks through the door.

• Buildingmeaningful connections by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.

• Maintainingmerchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

• Assistingwith daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.

• Stayingup to date on product features, benefits, and promotions.

• Collaboratingwith team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere.

• Contributingto a safe and inclusive shopping environment.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.
