Job summary

QE Home is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome guests, guide them through our bedding and home décor collections, and help them find pieces to make their home feel complete. The role emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting.

Candidates should have 1+ year of retail or guest service experience, be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs. Some benefits and employee discounts apply.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Providingexceptional, personalized service to everyguestwho walks through the door.

• Buildingmeaningful connections by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.

• Maintainingmerchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

• Assistingwith daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.

• Stayingup to date on product features, benefits, and promotions.

• Collaboratingwith team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere.

• Contributingto a safe and inclusive shopping environment.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerch merchandising and stock.
