Job Description:

We seek highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associates to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting our services, and driving sales for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to every customer.
• Surpass sales and service objectives.
• Cultivate a dedicated clientele by attracting new customers, nurturing current relationships, and maintaining client loyalty.
• Participate in all training sessions, including product knowledge and vendor workshops.
• Maintain the sales floor, including visual displays and price updates.
• Keep in touch with clients through various communication channels about in-store events, product requests, and other relevant information.
• Address all customer service concerns and expedite issues beyond standard guidelines to management.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies and cyber security measures.
• Complete additional tasks as required.
