Job summary

Maison in Toronto seeks a polished Luxury Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet sales targets. You will build lasting client relationships, handle daily boutique operations, and participate in events to elevate the client journey.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in luxury retail, strong communication and service skills, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with SAP is a plus. Weekend availability and occasional travel are required.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of luxury retail experience.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, as well as other retail hours and occasional travel.
