Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Toronto, ON, for a Sales Associate at LensCrafters. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers in selecting eyewear, providing personalized service, managing inventory, handling point-of-sale transactions, and ensuring the store environment is welcoming and professional. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for educating customers about our products and services to enhance their overall experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication
• Basic sales and marketing knowledge, and ability to operate point-of-sale systems
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage inventory
• Understanding of optical products and services, or willingness to learn
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Previous retail experience is a plus
