Job summary

QE Home in Canada is hiring a Sales Associate to warmly welcome guests, guide them through our bedding and home décor collections, and help them find items to make their space feel complete.

You will provide personalized service, build connections, maintain visual standards, and support daily store operations. A positive, guest-focused attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or guest service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to every guest who walks through the door.
• Build meaningful connections by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Providingexceptional, personalized service to everyguestwho walks through the door.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.
