Job summary

QE Home is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome guests, guide them through our collections, and help them find pieces to make their home feel complete.

You will stay updated on product features and promotions, maintain merchandising standards, and assist with opening, closing, restocking, and transactions in a friendly, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or guest service experience.
• Passion for people and home décor.
• Ability to stay current on QE Home products and offer accurate recommendations.
• Professional appearance and adherence to store dress code.

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to every guest who enters the store.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Providingexceptional, personalized service to everyguestwho walks through the door.
• Buildingmeaningful connections by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.
• Maintainingmerchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assistingwith daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.
• Stayingup to date on product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Collaboratingwith team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere.
• Contributingto a safe and inclusive shopping environment.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.
• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.
