Job summary

QE Home is expanding its retail team in Canada. As a Sales Associate, you welcome guests, guide them through our bedding and home décor collections, and help them find pieces to make their space feel complete.

You'll build connections through listening and recommendations, maintain inviting merchandising, assist with opening/closing and transactions, stay current on product features and promotions, and collaborate with teammates to reach sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or guest service experience.
• Genuine passion for people and home décor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional, personalized service to every guest who walks through the door.
• Building meaningful connections by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.
• Maintaining merchandising and visual standards to create a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assisting with daily store operations, including opening/closing, restocking, and processing transactions.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Providingexceptional, personalized service to everyguestwho walks through the door.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

• Comfortable climbingladders formerchandising and stock.
