Overview

The Sales Associate at Massage Envy plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors. As the first point of contact, the Sales Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing appointment bookings, and providing information about our services and products and selling memberships. This position requires a strong focus on sales, customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
