Job summary

Iris, The Visual Group, is seeking a Sales Associate in Fredericton, NB. You will assist patients in selecting frames and lenses, perform frame adjustments, prepare rooms, and support pre-testing with diagnostic equipment.

• Handling high volume phone calls, emails, and faxes.
• Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointments.
• Collecting contact and health information and answering patient questions.

Job descriptions :

• Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens options
• Performing frame adjustments and repairs
• Preparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipment
• Conducting pre-testing procedures using diagnostic equipment
• Greeting patients in a warm and courteous way
• Responding to large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes
• Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointments
• Collecting contact and health information, and answering patient questions efficiently
• Invoicing patients and using point of sale machine
• Submitting insurance payments for patients
• Scanning hard files
