IRIS, The Visual Group in Kamloops, BC is seeking a sales advisor to guide patients in choosing frames and lenses, greet customers, manage calls and emails, and process appointments. You will also handle invoicing and insurance submissions, working in a busy practice with a patient-first mindset.

We offer a full-time role with group insurance including remote physician access, personal days, a pension fund, free annual eye care, and family benefits.

Formación

• Experience in sales and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Advising patients about frame choices and lens options.
• Performing frame adjustments and repairs.
• Preparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipment.
• Greeting patients in a warm and courteous manner.
• Handling large volumes of calls, emails, and faxes.
• Scheduling, rescheduling examinations and appointments.
• Collecting patient information and answering questions.
• Invoicing patients and using the POS system.
• Submitting insurance payments for patients.

• Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens options
• Performing frame adjustments and repairs
• Preparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipment
• Greeting patients in a warm and courteous way
• Responding to large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes
• Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointments
• Collecting contact and health information, and answering patient questions efficiently
• Invoicing patients and using point of sale machine
• Submitting insurance payments for patients
