IRIS, The Visual Group in Kamloops, BC is looking for a sales advisor to help patients choose frames and lens options. You will greet patients and manage appointment flow in a busy optical practice with a focus on friendly service.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and clear English communication, with full-time hours and benefits including group insurance, personal days, pension, and free eye care for you and your family.

Formación

• Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with computers and basic POS systems.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and focused.
• Comfortable handling phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens options
• Performing frame adjustments and repairs
• Preparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipment
• Greeting patients in a warm and courteous way
• Responding to large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes
• Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointments
• Collecting contact and health information, and answering patient questions efficiently
• Invoicing patients and using point of sale machine
• Submitting insurance payments for patients

We are a growing two doctor practice that's located 3.5 hours aways from Vancouver in central Okanagan wine country. We are looking for a strong candidate to join our team as our business continues to grow.

• Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens options
• Performing frame adjustments and repairs
• Preparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipment
• Greeting patients in a warm and courteous way
• Responding to large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes
• Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointments
