Job summary

Daytona Homes is looking for a Sales Support role to help achieve sales targets and assist clients through the purchase process from interest to possession.

You will back the Sales Consultant, keep the showhome in top condition, manage client files, and promote the community through social media while following brand standards. Weekend/evening availability is required, with opportunities for growth and tuition support.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities and in a team.
• Self-motivated and reliable with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Understanding of buyer behavior and sales approaches.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Consultant in capturing interest from potential clients and securing lot holds.
• Address daily client files, concerns, and questions up to possession; know policies and timelines.
• Ensure the showhome is well-maintained and coordinate with warranty on action items.
• Keep all documents up to date and align with policies and processes.
• Maintain visually appealing, accurate subdivision signage for optimal traffic.
• Weekly walkthroughs of inventory homes for safety and aesthetics.
• Participate in ongoing training and weekly sales meetings to strengthen sales methodology.
• Develop knowledge of community and neighboring areas, amenities, competition, and updates.
• Promote the community via social channels while adhering to brand standards.
• Other duties as assigned, including weekend/evening showhome coverage.

Purpose:

Assist with sales targets and support those sales by assisting client needs until completion of possession.

Key Objectives:

• Assist Sales Consultant in capturing the interest of potential clients and lot holds
• Ensure customer files, concerns and questions are addressed daily up to possession; maintain knowledge of policies/procedures, approval requirements, construction processes and schedules to communicate effectively
• Ensure that the Showhome shows well at all times (no burnt-out lights, clean, organized, action item free). Contact/follow up with warranty department regarding action items
• Ensure that all documents in the show home are up to date and maintain knowledge of policy/processes that support each document
• Ensure all signage in the subdivision is visually appealing, accurate and placed properly for the best traffic
• Participate with the Sales Consultant in walking inventory homes every week and check for safety, overall look, problem areas (ex. paint touch-ups scratches in hardwood and so on)
• Maintain and follow company sales methodology and knowledge through ongoing training, weekly sales meetings
• Develop understanding of your community and neighboring communities, amenities, competition, developer updates
• Promote your community via recommended social media channels, adhere to marketing and brand standards
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned

Skill Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, namely Excel
• Strong time management, organization and planning skills
• Driven, focused and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with various personality types and play an active role in the team
• Ability to work independently with little supervision. Self motivated and reliable
• Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Understanding of buyer behavior and how to approach the sale

Education:

• Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
