Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Assistant with strong clerical skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks, possess robust organizational abilities, and demonstrate proficiency with various systems and software. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of social media platforms and Canva for marketing.

Duties

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and document management.
  2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up systems within the company’s CRM.
  3. Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  4. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events for the sales team.
  5. Assist in the preparation and execution of sales presentations and proposals.
  6. Organize and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  7. Support inventory management tasks, including reordering supplies.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Education
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field preferred.
Experience
  1. Proven experience in a clerical, administrative, or sales support role.
  2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional support to the sales team.
