Pfaff Automotive Partners - Audi Newmarket in Newmarket, ON is seeking a Sales Assistant to maintain the lot and support showroom operations. You will greet customers, supervise vehicle cleanliness, and assist with transport and paperwork to keep the dealership running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience is considered an asset.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence.
• Clean driving record and ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure showroom vehicles are cleaned daily and assist with showroom organization as required.
• Rotate showroom and display vehicles weekly or as needed.
• Inspect delivery vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Deliver and/or pick up documents from the License Bureau as required.
• Check in new vehicles arriving by transport and document any damage on the Bill of Lading.
• Report vehicle defects or damage to the Sales Manager immediately.
• Ensure adequate customer parking spaces are available.
• Maintain the general cleanliness and organization of the lot and showroom.
• Run errands for Reception and the Sales Department as required.
