The Sales and Marketing Manager is accountable for revenue generation, brand positioning, and customer experience across all communities, while playing a key role in corporate planning, product strategy, and long term growth.
As a member of the leadership team, the Sales and Marketing Manager sets vision and direction for the sales and marketing functions, translates business strategy into executable plans, and ensures tight alignment with Land, Construction, Design, and Finance. The salary range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $120,000 and $150,000 per year. However, the range offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
