• Review written material, such as reports, briefs, speeches, presentations and press releases.
• Develop promotional materials and market business services.
• Write and edit press releases, newsletters and communications materials.
• Plan, direct and evaluate advertising campaigns to promote sales of products and services.
• Direct and evaluate media relations for organizations.
• Act as spokesperson for an organization.

• Assist in the preparation of brochures and newsletters.
• Initiate and maintain contact with the media.
