What you will do :
Under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy, and in close collaboration with the regional management team, the Sales and Marketing Manager plays a strategic role by implementing local marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s corporate strategy. Simultaneously, the Marketing Manager acts as a commercial representative, prospecting new partners and identifying business opportunities to expand the network and drive sales. This key position actively contributes to business development, partnership management, as well as the planning and execution of events aimed at promoting and enhancing the visibility of the Nordik Spa Village brand.
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to the development and adaptation of the spa’s marketing strategy to reflect the local market's specificities while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
- Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships to support visibility and growth objectives, while ensuring their profitability. This includes negotiating agreements, monitoring ongoing partnerships, and evaluating their return on investment.
- Proactively identify and seize new business opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate revenue. As the sales and marketing manager, you will work closely with the management team to develop targeted sales initiatives tailored to the local market. This includes managing influencer partnerships, coordinating media and tourism visits, and negotiating strategic collaborations. The main goal is to maximize sales, attract new customers, and enhance engagement with key audiences to support brand growth.
- Select, develop, and / or participate in local events that contribute to strengthening brand recognition and image. This responsibility includes end-to-end organization, logistics, and management of events.
- Work closely with the spa management team to understand site-specific needs and adapt local marketing strategies accordingly. Act as the point of contact between the corporate office and the spa for the implementation of the marketing strategy.
- Oversee the Christmas kiosk program, ensuring complete campaign planning—from initial strategy to field execution. This includes recruiting and managing a dedicated team, organizing operations, and implementing the actions necessary to meet established objectives.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Nordik Spa-Nature at local events, business meetings, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in terms of visibility, engagement, and ROI. Provide regular reports and post-event reviews.
- Participate in the development and oversight of content production for social media and other communication channels such as public relations and internal communications, in line with the company’s overall communication strategy.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have :
- College or university degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of three to five (3–5) years of experience in a similar marketing and communications role.
- Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, is required.
- Excellent command of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- In-depth knowledge of graphic production processes (design, printing, etc.).
- Strong partnership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the wellness, tourism, or spa industry is an asset.

Work Schedule and Status :
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), with regular availability required outside these hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
