5532531 Canada Inc is in search of a qualified candidate to fill a full-time permanent role as a Sales and Marketing Consultant. As a rapidly growing start-up, we are eager to bring on board an individual who can swiftly integrate into our dynamic environment, taking charge of their own accounts with efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
2. Minimum of 3 years of active experience in a marketing role
3. Understanding of fundamental digital marketing concepts and database management
4. Preference will be given to candidates with prior client management experience and those who exhibit an "entrepreneurial mindset" and a proactive attitude, demonstrating the ability to identify problems and devise creative solutions independently.
5. This position requires proficiency in English for effective communication.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Taking ownership of client accounts/projects from initiation to completion, involving client meetings to comprehend their marketing challenges, goals, and ideas. Providing consultation on the way forward, including enhancing their ideas, suggesting optimizations/best practices, and discussing platform limitations and alternative approaches.
2. Handling a diverse range of clients and projects, encompassing start-ups to enterprise-sized ventures, spanning nurture programs, scoring models, data management, segmentations, and various other initiatives.

Our office is located at 205-5409 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M2R, which will also serve as the work location.

This position offers compensation at a rate of $33 per hour, with a minimum commitment of 30 work hours per week.
