Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SaaS Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team on a commission-based contract. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of dBlytics' portfolio of SaaS products by generating leads, closing sales, and executing marketing strategies to promote our innovative solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in SaaS sales and marketing, particularly in technology or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries using platforms like LinkedIn and industry networks.
- Client Engagement: Conduct product demos, respond to inquiries, and tailor pitches to highlight the value of dBlytics' SaaS products for specific client needs.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling across the product portfolio.
Marketing
- Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, and social media content, to showcase the key features and benefits of dBlytics' SaaS products.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns across channels like LinkedIn, industry forums, and other relevant platforms to generate brand awareness and leads.
- Performance Analytics: Use analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in SaaS sales and/or marketing, preferably in technology, automation, or related industries.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Strong marketing skills, including content creation, campaign management, and analytics.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools, marketing platforms, and analytics dashboards.

Compensation
- Commission-Based Structure: Earn a competitive commission on each sale, with higher rates for closing deals on premium products or larger contracts. Commission details will be provided during the interview process.
