Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in St Marys, ON for a Sales and Leasing Consultant. The Sales and Leasing Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle, explaining lease options, administering leases, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Daily tasks include conducting test drives, negotiating with customers, and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers to ensure high resident retention.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Lease Administration and Leases
  • Skills in Resident Retention and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Knowledge of automotive sales processes is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of motivation and integrity
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • OMVIC licence
