A Day in a life of a Customer Retention Specialist:
Build strongcustomersalesexperiencesby welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
Understanding customer's needs by providing the solutions that fits them best
Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products and how we can help them achieve their goals on a weekly and monthly basis
Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers by interacting with them on a daily basis
Support retail operations by managing customer accounts, collection activities, the merchandising and the maintenance of the store
Manage accounts receivablesby monitoring overdue accounts on a weekly basis
Support retail operationsby supporting the merchandising and maintenance of the store
Deliverbest in class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes
General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process + addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Coordinate and finalizing paperwork with customers onsite
