Job summary

CIBC in Toronto is seeking a Business Analyst to support Sales Reporting and Analysis. You will review and validate sales for a seasoned Financial Planning Consultant sales force, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while aligning to compensation plans.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup with 1–3 days on-site and the rest remote. A base salary of $51,500–$57,300 USD plus annual discretionary bonus is offered, with a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales reporting, auditing, validation and data analysis.
• Degree/diploma in business, finance, accounting, analytics, or related field.
• Experience supporting compensation programs or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate sales reported by Financial Planning Consultants for accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct audits and pre-audits to confirm actions for compensation.
• Review discrepancies, prepare queries, and support management reporting.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting and communications related to sales reporting.
