Drive individual sales performance through proactive clienteling, outreach and use of digital tools while supporting team goals and store initiatives. Act as a leader within the store and contribute to training and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support follow-up and conversion.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in store initiatives, community outreach and team training activities.
• Support hiring efforts by engaging in sourcing and networking for top talent.
