Sales Ambassadors deliver exceptional, personalized customer service on the sales floor by leveraging product knowledge and clienteling tools to build lasting relationships and drive sales. They support store performance through outreach, styling recommendations, and contributing to team coaching and visual standards. This role is an entry point for development into store management and requires flexibility, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service, styling recommendations, and product knowledge to drive sales and customer loyalty.
• Use CRM and digital tools like Polo Connect to capture customer data and support clienteling activities.
• Support team sales goals and participate in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to maintain customer-centric behaviors and high service standards.
• Maintain store visual standards and assist with merchandising and presentation guidelines.
• Participate in store and community initiatives, training, and talent sourcing efforts.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Comfort using digital sales tools and CRM systems to support outreach and clienteling.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and maneuver around the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing as needed.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
