Job description

Brand Ambassadors deliver a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, driving performance against individual KPIs and supporting store standards. This part-time retail role supports selling, visual standards, and operational activities while representing the brand and its products. The position serves as an entry point for future leadership opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
• Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and collaborate with the team.
• Connect customers using Polo Connect and educate customers on programs and initiatives.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and BOH.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities and support floor sets and replenishment (ISOS).
• Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines and provide product feedback to management.
• Participate in required company trainings and uphold company policies and a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods, operate the register, and maneuver around sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap and office.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work with cleaning chemicals as required.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts or travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
