NewLook Eyewear in Victoria, BC is hiring a customer-focused team member to welcome clients, advise on products, and support store operations. You will be trained for every task and become part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to eyewear excellence.

This entry-level role emphasizes strong teamwork, meticulous service, and a genuine desire to help customers choose eyewear solutions while growing with a local, environmentally responsible company.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer service, especially in retail or service environments.
• Interest in optics and helping customers find suitable eyewear.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay meticulous under busy conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with courtesy and professionalism.
• Advise customers on products to meet their needs.
• Opening and updating customer records.
• Perform invoicing tasks for sales receipts.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with courtesy and professionalism;
