Job summary

New Look is seeking an experienced store leader to drive performance and service standards at our Montreal location. You will oversee day-to-day operations, guide a sales team, and ensure the store achieves its objectives.

You will apply New Look standards, train staff, and contribute to a high-performance, customer-focused environment in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience managing a team.
• Significant results in achieving objectives and controlling operating costs.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Leadership and ability to motivate and mobilize a sales team.
• Strong organizational skills, priority management and ability to manage pressure.
• Bilingualism (English, French) is an asset.
