Job summary

NewLook in Ottawa is seeking a friendly, client-focused team member to greet customers, advise on products, open and update patient records, and manage invoicing for items sold.

No prior experience in optics is required, as you will be fully trained. You will join a multidisciplinary team and enjoy personal days, telemedicine, insurance benefits, auto and home discounts, and free ophthalmic glasses each year.

• Opening and updating patient records
• Perform tasks related to invoicing on receipt of products for sale
