The Sales Advisor plays a vital role within our communities, impacting residents' lives and fostering meaningful human connections.

As a Sales Advisor, your typical day will involve:

1. Development and implementation of the community marketing plan.
2. Coordination of promotional activities.
3. Handling all sales functions, including lead management, documentation, reporting, touring/retouring, and follow-up.
4. Creating, maintaining, and growing key relationships within the greater community.
5. Managing and reporting on marketplace changes and competitive intelligence.
6. Delivering sales training to the Retirement Residence Team.

Must haves:

• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in seniors housing or hospitality.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to teach others.
• Flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend work.
• A professional appearance and the ability to represent and promote the residence effectively.
• Successful completion of the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check (for Ontario applicants).
• Successful completion of the prescribed Criminal Records Check (for British Columbia applicants).
