Harmac is seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to grow and support our Bulk customer base. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships, support existing accounts, and contribute to revenue growth in a foundational sales role.

The position is in North York, ON, in-office, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a $50,000–$60,000 annual salary. Benefits include health/dental, retirement savings, and paid training.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Transportation industry experience is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Rate Administration: prepare spot-rate quotations and maintain sales records.
• New Account Sales: generate new business, prospect, and support RFQs.
• Coordinate with operations to secure loads and support credit approvals.
• Assist with order processing, CRM updates, and sales materials.
