Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Account Representative to join our sales team! This role offers the opportunity to develop your social skills into professional sales expertise, source new sales opportunities, and build relationships with existing customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain sales accounts, provide technical and administrative product information, and perform daily clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, coordinating, data entry, quotations, and processing documents.
  2. Monitor inventory, follow up on ETAs with purchasers, and communicate discrepancies to internal departments promptly.
  3. Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departments.
  4. Assist in intra-company project coordination between sales and other departments.
  5. Manage client orders, address status updates, facilitate credit issues, and negotiate returns.
  6. Develop strong customer service relationships, prepare daily reports, and communicate with clients.
  7. Provide backup support for managers and team members.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. 2+ years of customer service experience in the tech industry is desirable.
  3. Experience in data entry with attention to detail; familiarity with scheduling production and order tracking.
  4. Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
  5. Experience in customer service, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent organizational skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  7. Expertise in Excel is required.
Salary Range:

$68,640 - $85,000. The actual salary will depend on various factors including location, experience, education, and skills. Benefits include a comprehensive package, with potential bonuses and equity awards.
