Job summary

ALDO Group in Calgary is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to drive results and support the team on the floor. Reporting to Store Manager, you lead by example to hit sales targets and ensure every customer enjoys a great experience.

You’ll coach associates, provide on-the-floor guidance, and help with merchandising, restocking, and backstore tasks. This role suits someone with fashion enthusiasm and a natural leadership mindset, available for day, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion and customer-focused approach.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention are followed.
• Maintain sharp visual merchandising and displays on the floor.
• Assist the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Support day-to-day operations like restocking and backstore tasks.

The Role
