Job summary

ALDO Group in Edmonton is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to drive store results while supporting the team. You will lead by example, help hit sales targets, coach associates, and ensure every customer has a great experience on the floor and online channels.

As a fashion-driven retailer, you’ll manage day-to-day operations, promote brand initiatives, and maintain sharp visual displays. This role suits a proactive leader with a passion for fashion and customer service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (payments, discounts, returns, loss prevention).
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and backstore tasks.

The Role

When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.
