Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead in our retail environment in Rosemère, Canada. You will drive sales, coach team members, and ensure a memorable customer experience.

You’ll step up as a leader during shifts, manage day-to-day operations, and help maintain compelling visual displays to reflect our fashion-forward brand. The ideal candidate brings at least 6 months of retail or service management experience, a passion for fashion, and a proactive, people-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels.
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance.
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention).
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays.
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team.
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and backstore tasks.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has a great experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.
