Job summary

Horizon Health Network is seeking a Saint John Nursing Unit Clerk to provide administrative support on the 5BN Cardiac Services unit. The role is permanent part-time (FTE 0.6) with day to night rotation, based in the Saint John area. Language requirements include English essential and French (B1.2).

Salary ranges CAD 28.53–30.35 per hour. The incumbent will handle reception, admissions coordination, charting, and documentation, ensuring efficient unit operations and data accuracy within a CUPE

Qualifications

• High school graduation and an administrative support program of greater than one year and up to two years duration which includes medical terminology plus one year of related experience OR five years of recent experience as a 1027, shall be considered as equivalent.
• Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
• Ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Demonstrated proficiency verified by testing in multiple clerical competencies.
