Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a strategic, agile, and collaborative partner that supports Horizon leaders in workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement. Supporting a workforce of 13,000 employees across diverse bargaining and non-bargaining groups, this position coordinates key talent initiatives that help ensure a skilled workforce and the delivery of safe, quality patient/client care.

You have a worked in Talent Acquisition, preferred, for a minimum of 2 years. You have experience in *administrative functions related to recruitment.* You have a knowledge and demonstrated proficiency of high level in Microsoft Office applications, and event planning. Ability to attend work on a regular basis, perform duties of the position, food work record, and written and spoken English at an advanced level.
