Erosion Control Central Ltd. (ECC) invites a Safety Manager to join our Calgary operations, leading safety programs for construction and earthworks projects.

You will drive risk assessments, incident investigations and safety training to protect workers and ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates hold an NCSO certification or equivalent, with experience in civil construction, heavy equipment, and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience with Civil construction and earthworks.
• Excellence in building rapport and creating a team environment where all those with project responsibilities work well together
• Ability to maintain a high level of organization by ensuring daily job allocation
• Ability to determine potential risks while devising proactive ways to solve them
• Valid class 5 Drivers license with a clean abstract
