EBC Inc. seeks a Health & Safety Manager to lead on-site safety for a major Napanee construction project in Ontario. You will drive OHSA compliance, coordinate with project teams, and oversee training, audits, and investigations from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction safety, a related diploma/degree, and CRSP/CHSO/NCSO credentials, with a strong leadership mindset and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive health & safety experience on building construction projects.
• Experience with OHSA and Construction Projects Regulation.
• CRSP/CHSO/NCSO certifications are assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the site-specific Health & Safety Program from start to finish.
• Ensure OHSA compliance, inspections, hazard assessments, and audits.
• Act as primary safety contact for regulatory agencies and client reps.
