Job summary

Erosion Control Central Ltd. (ECC) in Calgary is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead our safety program and support HR initiatives in our growing operations.

You will oversee site safety, incident investigations, training, and compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate has Civil construction/earthworks experience, strong teamwork, and an active driver’s license.

Duties and responsibilities

A passionate professional advocate for both safety and people, with experience in Human Resource Management and Safety Coordination.

Ideally, holds a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification or equivalent.

Someone that has experience with heavy equipment/earth works and working in Construction

A proactive problem-solver who can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.

A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Someone who knows that a little fun goes a long way in keeping spirits high and morale soaring!
