Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Vancouver is offering a Safety Co-Op/Internship for 4- or 8-month terms commencing January 2027. This full-time role is based on-site at an active project or office, with hands-on safety experience for students or recent grads.

You will assist with Building LIFE and project safety programs, identify safety violations, coordinate trainings, and help with documentation, inspections, and records compliance.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in college/university in OH&S, Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Vancouver.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safety program implementation on site and in office.
• Identify and report unsafe practices and incidents.
• Assist with safety training and toolbox talks.
• Support documentation, inspections, and records management.
