Job summary

Turner Construction Company is offering a Field Coordinator Co-Op/Internship in Vancouver for January 2027. The role provides hands-on experience on-site or in the office, with supervision and exposure to construction management, safety, and project coordination. The term is 4 or 8 months, full-time, with potential for future opportunities based on performance. English communication required and basic MS Office skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college/university degree program with at least 1 year of study.
• Desire to learn construction management and related disciplines.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project start-up activities and support Project Engineer/Manager.
• Assist with information collection for RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Prepare project information for contract requirements and communications.
• Attend site visits and observe field activities.
