Job summary

COFOMO is seeking a Product Owner to lead a SaaS platform portfolio, shaping its evolution with clear roadmaps and prioritized project requests. You will enforce governance, manage vendor relationships, and coach project teams while ensuring documentation and analytics support strategic decisions.

The role requires strong bilingual communication, experience in CRM/ERP administration, and a track record of delivering governance-focused improvements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, or related field.
• 5–8 years in business applications management, with at least 2 years as Product Owner/Platform Owner.
• Experience in CRM and ERP platform administration.
• Knowledge of DealCloud, Allvue, iLevel, or NetSuite is an asset.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing contracts.
• Experience in team management and coordinating offshore resources.
• Master application governance practices: access management, data integrity, and change management.
• Ability to translate business needs into analyses, reports and deliverables for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner of a SaaS platform portfolio and ensure its evolution.
• Define and maintain platform roadmaps based on business needs and priorities.
• Manage requests for new projects by collecting, documenting, and prioritizing needs.
• Establish governance practices including access control, data integrity, and change management.
• Provide user support and problem solving for applications.
• Maintain technical and vendor documentation.
• Lead vendor negotiations on pricing, SLAs, and contracts.
• Follow up on contract renewals per budgets and needs.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage escalations.
• Perform technology watch to optimize the portfolio and reduce supplier risks.
• Supervise resources responsible for business applications and assigned teams.
• Coach and develop team members.
