Job summary

Rippling in Toronto, Ontario is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead customer implementations of Rippling’s HR, payroll, benefits, IT, and related products. You will work one-on-one with clients to tailor plans, drive adoption, and ensure successful outcomes across the platform.

You will manage end-to-end projects in a dynamic SaaS environment, collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering, and amplify customer experience through thoughtful guidance and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in implementation or customer experience at a rapidly growing SaaS company.
• Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stellar communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a deep commitment to customer experience.
• Ability to collaborate with partners across Sales, CX, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner one-on-one with clients to develop custom plans and implement the Rippling products they have purchased across HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, IT platform, and various other products tailored to the customer’s specific business objectives
• Proactively manage the implementation process end-to-end, aligning on target timelines and goals, ensuring milestones meet operational needs
• Drive adoption of purchased products providing bespoke guidance, best practices, and insights that empower clients to maximize the platform’s capabilities
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support to ensure seamless hand-offs and long-term customer success
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feedback customer insights and advocate for product enhancements
• Develop processes and best practices to increase efficiency and success by incorporating customer feedback
