Job summary

Cority, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team in Canada.

You will own forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for partner departments, build inputs for the monthly board pack, and act as the day-to-day finance partner to department heads in a hands-on driver-based modelling role focused on SaaS metrics. You will support annual budgeting, track Professional Services utilization and backlog, deliver variance commentary, reconcile actuals to forecast, and participate in scenario

Qualifications

• Experience building driver-based financial models.
• Ability to write variance commentary beyond the table.
• Strong discipline: calendars, version control, accuracy.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR).
• Experience with budgeting/forecasting platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and department forecast processes.
• Support Professional Services reporting: utilization, backlog, POC revenue, PS forecast and capacity plan.
• Prepare board pack components with variance tables and KPI charts.
• Provide accrual inputs to accounting and post-close flux analysis.
• Reconcile actuals to forecast each month-end.
• Act as finance partner to department head and participate in monthly BVA analysis.
• Assist with scenario and sensitivity analyses.
