Job summary

You will lead or support financial planning, forecasting, and performance reviews, analyze variances and drivers to provide forecasts, assess business cases, and align indicators with plans and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
• In-depth communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, influence, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support financial planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Analyze variances, business drivers, initiatives, and strategic decisions to provide forecasts and recommendations.
• Assess business cases and support investment reviews and approvals.
• Develop financial methodologies and align business performance indicators with plans and forecasts.
• Monitor performance, identify emerging issues, and advise the assigned business group.
