Job summary

The 401 Group of Companies is seeking a Customer-Focused Service Advisor for our Innisfil service department. You will be the first point of contact, guiding customers from check-in to pick-up and ensuring a smooth, professional, 5-Star experience.

Location is Innisfil, ON. Compensation ranges from $40,000–$50,000 CAD per year plus bonus, with health and employee perks. Strong customer service and valid driver’s license are required, with Saturday availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• Auto experience considered an asset.
• Valid G Drivers License required.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as part of flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explain provisions and exclusions.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculate customer payments including deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders (RO) describing symptoms, problems, and repairs; obtain approvals; enter RO into service database.
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtain approvals; provide contact numbers; arrange towing and temporary transportation.
• Maintain accurate records by documenting problems and corrective actions planned.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications.
• Other duties as assigned.

We’re looking for a customer-focused, organized, and energetic Service Advisor to join our dynamic dealership team! As the first point of contact for service customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional, and friendly experience from check-in to pick-up.

Location: 2060 Commerce Park Dr, Innisfil ON

Compensation: $40,000-$50,000 per year + bonus

What You Will Be Doing:

• Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions


• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles


• Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system


• Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation


• Maintain accurate records by recording problems and corrective actions planned


• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications
