Job summary

Xplore Inc. in Canada is seeking Field Sales & Marketing Representatives to grow revenue by promoting our fibre, 5G and satellite broadband services to residential customers in designated territories.

The role is hybrid, requires travel, strong customer relations, and the ability to meet sales targets. You will develop product knowledge, present packages, and record activities in CRM.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is an asset
• Knowledge of broadband services and telecom infrastructure
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Persuasive, outgoing and able to build rapport with customers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft 365 knowledge
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle, ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Engage in proactive door to door outreach within your assigned territory to identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into revenue opportunities
• Develop a deep understanding of Xplore’s products and services and articulate competitive advantages
• Communicate pricing, packages, and promotions to potential customers; process orders and document requests
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools or designated systems
• Report field intelligence to the Team Manager
• Enhance sales skills and product knowledge to tailor solutions for customers
