Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecommunications industry with leadership experience
• Experience in Outside Plant, fibre and fixed wireless projects
• Strong governance, milestone tracking and risk management
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-stakeholder programs
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and capital investments

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional teams responsible for detailed design, implementation, and construction of FTTH and Fixed Wireless network infrastructure.
• Develop capabilities and structures to support regional network build plans and align with strategy.
• Manage all network implementation activities, BOM creation, scope prioritization, and milestone tracking.
• Drive delivery of annual network build programs with KPI monitoring and risk mitigation.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare deployment communication plans translating strategy into operational build programs.
• Oversee third-party contractors and vendors to ensure SLA compliance and project commitments.
• Develop methodologies to improve execution, risk detection, and predictability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop capital investment plans and forecast regional budgets.
• Partner with Network Operations for seamless transition of new infrastructure into service.
• Champion customer experience and safety with regulatory compliance and employee engagement.
